No hero is truly lost.
Carve through ever-shifting dungeons where no corridor runs the same twice. Every strike matters. The right two blows in the right order can split the world open.
Chain elemental forces into cascading catastrophe — not button-mashing, but deliberate craft. Build a language of destruction no single weapon can speak alone. Then fall. Because you will.
When your hero dies, they become a Legacy: an ancestor whose mastered disciplines, forged equipment, and hard-won power live on. Your bloodline grows across every run. A grandmother's frost mastery into a grandson's swordsmanship. Combinations that no single lifetime could have learned.
Build forward. Inherit the dead. Descend again.
Untitled ARPG — Early Access Q4 2026
Vast loot tables. Properties that interact. Gear that doesn't just add numbers — it changes the game. Hunt for the piece that unlocks your next legend.
Strike with intent. Elemental forces cascade from precise sequences. Master the order. The right combination split the world open. No two builds speak the same language.
No hero dies forever. Their disciplines pass on. Your bloodline deepens with every generation. One family. One dungeon. One chance at a time.
The dungeon is still being built. Screenshots and footage will appear here as development progresses.
Portable Ground is a solo development studio — one developer with one deep obsession: building the kind of ARPG worth losing yourself in for years.
The studio takes its name from a simple idea: the ground you carry with you. The skills, the gear, the knowledge. The ancestry of every run that came before. You bring it all into the dungeon, and you build on it.
This is the first game. It's being built slowly, carefully, and with deep respect for the loot-crawlers and skill-chaining titles that made so many of us into gamers.
Actively in development by a single developer.
Targeting Steam Early Access in Q4 2026.
